Remote support is billed per minute and quoted when you book. Remote support work is quoted and charged regardless of outcome. Sessions are by appointment only, while we're on the phone with you.
Computer Servicing will never phone you out of the blue and direct you to this page or ask for remote access to your computer. Anyone doing that is a scammer, no matter who they claim to be.
